Customized orders usually take 1-3 working days to complete, while some projects may take longer than expected.

We will process your order within 24 hours, and select the nearest warehouse according to your delivery location, which will be received within 2-5 working days

All our products are custom-made and production times vary by product. On average production ranges from 2-7 business days.

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times and are for reference only.

Transportation time will be affected during public holidays; Manufacturers and couriers will restrict their operations at these times. This is beyond our control. Normal service shall be resumed immediately after holidays.

What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, we will refund 50% of your payment to you once we receive the order.

Please note that the express delivery does not accept APO/FPO and PO boxes

Track your order

After the order is shipped, you will receive an email to notify you. The email will include a unique package tracking number. You can click "Track My Order" on the homepage of the website, enter the order number and email, or track the query code.

It may take several days after the order is delivered, and the tracking number on the courier system will be activated. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please be assured that the estimated delivery time is valid no matter how the tracking site updates.
